Our Church
Our congregation worships in a beautiful, historic sanctuary at 401 Main Street in Dillon, South Carolina. Our services are traditional with praise & worship songs and liturgical movements incorporated st times. We celebrate Communion each month, which is open to all who wish to partake in this Holy Sacrament.
Our Message
Our Pastor shares insight from the Word of God as we are encouraged to
follow Jesus Christ and be His example to the world. We ejnoy a time of Christian fellowship as we discover the riches of God's grace, praise the risen Savior and learn to worship our Lord in spirit and truth.Our Music
Our choir is renowned throughout the region. We enjoy inspirational music
from the Charles Wesley choir, special music from our celebrated soloists as well as selections from our Children's or Adult handbell choirs. Outstanding concerts at Easter, Christmas and other holidays during the year are offered as our choir and choral guests make a 'joyful noise unto the Lord'!Our Ministries
At Main Street UMC, we believe that God has a purpose for every individual. We value the contribution of each man, woman, young person or child to our ministry. Nursery/Children's Church:
A baby/toddler nursery is provided during Sunday School and Worship Services to nurture our sweet little ones in a safe and loving environment.
Children's Church (4K-2nd grades) is provided during the worship service to teach our precious children about the grace and love of Christ!
Safe Sanctuary:
Believing that God calls us to create a community of faith where we can grow safely in the grace and knowledge of Christ, Main Street UMC has a safe sanctuary policy in place to protect children and vulnerable adults.
All persons hired to work with children and/or youth have submitted to comprehensive background checks prior to being approved for those responsibilities.
